CatCoach is a cat health and behaviour tracking app published by AuraBull Inc. This policy explains what data the app handles, what stays on your device, and what you can do with your data.
The short version: CatCoach stores your data on your device. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal information. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising.
CatCoach is provided by AuraBull Inc., based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
CatCoach helps cat owners log daily observations, recognize patterns in their cat's health and behaviour, follow practical at-home plans for common issues, and prepare summaries for veterinary visits. CatCoach does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace veterinary care.
CatCoach does not collect any data from you.
The app has no user account, no login, no backend server, and no analytics. Nothing you enter into the app is transmitted to AuraBull Inc., to Apple, or to any third party as part of normal use.
When you use CatCoach, the following information is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad only:
This data is stored using Apple's standard on-device storage. It does not leave your device unless you choose to share a Vet Pack export.
You can choose to share a Vet Pack summary outside the app — for example, by sending it to your veterinarian by email, message, or AirDrop. When you do, you decide who receives it and how. CatCoach does not facilitate or store that sharing.
CatCoach includes an "AI assistance" toggle in Settings. It is off by default. In the current version of the app, no AI features are active.
Urgent red-flag detection in CatCoach is performed by hard-coded rules, not by AI. CatCoach will never use AI to decide whether your cat needs urgent veterinary attention.
If we add AI features in a future version, this policy will be updated and you will be asked to opt in before any of your data is used for AI features.
CatCoach does not include third-party analytics, advertising, tracking SDKs, or telemetry.
The app does not request location, microphone, or contacts access. Photo library access is requested only when you tap "Change photo" in the cat profile, and only for the purpose of letting you choose a photo for your cat's avatar.
CatCoach is intended for adult cat owners. The app is rated 4+ in the App Store but is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect any data from children. Because the app does not collect any data from any user, no special children's data handling is required.
You have full control over your CatCoach data:
Because CatCoach stores data only on your device, deleting the app from your device also deletes the data permanently.
CatCoach retains data on your device for as long as you keep the app installed and do not delete it through the in-app controls. We do not retain copies of your data anywhere else.

Because CatCoach does not collect or transmit personal data, most rights granted under these frameworks (access, correction, portability, deletion) are exercised directly by you, on your device, through the in-app Export and Delete controls.
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated in-app or in a future app update.
