About CatCoach

CatCoach is a cat-specific daily tracker and vet-prep tool from AuraBull Inc.

It helps you log small daily observations about your cat, spot patterns earlier, follow practical at-home plans for common behaviour issues, and prepare a clean summary to bring to your veterinarian.

CatCoach does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace veterinary care. If your cat shows an urgent symptom, contact a veterinarian directly.

Common Questions

How does the daily check-in work?

Tap "Update today's check-in" on the home screen. Step through the short prompts for mood, appetite, water, urine, stool, vomiting, energy, and medication. The whole flow takes about thirty seconds. If your cat has no medications on the profile, the medication step is skipped automatically.

What does the Coach screen do?

The Coach screen lets you tap any symptom or behaviour issue you are noticing. If the symptom is on the urgent red-flag list (straining to urinate, repeated vomiting, breathing trouble, collapse, and several others), CatCoach immediately tells you to contact a veterinarian. CatCoach will never tell you a concerning pattern is probably fine.

For everyday issues like litter accidents, scratching, hiding, aggression, or carrier fear, CatCoach gives you a structured fourteen-day plan: what to change today, what to track daily, what to avoid, and when to call the vet.

What is the Vet Pack?

The Vet Pack is a summary of the last 7, 30, 60, or 90 days, designed to bring to a veterinary appointment. It includes your cat's profile, key observations, vitals, recent timeline, and a short list of starter questions you can edit before the visit. You can share it from the app to email, message, or AirDrop.

How do I change my cat's photo?

Open the cat profile, tap "Change photo," and choose a photo from your library. CatCoach will only ask for photo library access the first time you tap that button.

How is my data stored?

All your CatCoach data stays on your device. There is no account, no login, and no server. Nothing is shared unless you choose to share a Vet Pack. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I export or delete my data?

Settings → "Export my data" downloads a JSON file containing everything CatCoach has stored on your device. Settings → "Delete my data" removes your profile, daily logs, uploaded photo, and reminder preferences, and restores the demo cat so the app keeps working.

Is the AI assistance feature collecting my data?

No. The AI assistance toggle in Settings is off by default, and no AI features are active in the current version. Urgent red-flag detection uses hard-coded rules, never AI. We will ask for explicit opt-in before any AI feature is added.

Is CatCoach available on Android?

Not yet. CatCoach is currently iOS only. Android may follow once the iOS app has been in the hands of real users for long enough to be confident in the design.

Is CatCoach a substitute for a veterinarian?

No. CatCoach is an observation, education, and vet-prep tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any condition. If your cat is unwell, contact a veterinarian.

Pricing

CatCoach is free to download. A future premium tier is planned at $7.99 CAD per month or $69 CAD per year for features like multi-cat tracking, advanced trends, and unlimited Vet Pack exports. The current version does not charge for any feature.

Reporting an Urgent Symptom

CatCoach is not an emergency service. If your cat is showing an urgent symptom, contact your veterinarian or a 24-hour veterinary clinic directly. Do not wait for a reply from CatCoach support.
